Kelly is a lifelong, devoted North Dakotan who grew up in Dickinson. He recently had the honor and privilege to serve as North Dakota’s lone member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Now, Kelly is excited to bring his experience back to North Dakota to serve as the state’s next Governor.
